GMC acquired and redeveloped the property it into a boutique heritage office building with a unique curation of retail tenants such as Chill Winston, Guilt & Co. and the Portside Pub. 

 

245 EAST GEORGIA STREET - Chinatown, Vancouver, BC - 25,000 SQ.FT. 
The first 9 storey interior 25' lot developed in Vancouver's Historic Chinatown. GMC acquired the property and then secured approvals for a unique collection of 40 residential rental units and 750 SQ.FT. of retail space before selling the asset.

 

345 HIGGINS - Winnipeg, MB - 90,000 SQ.FT.
Built in the 1920's by Manitoba Cartage & Co. as a cold storage facility this building was converted into a self storage facility known as Winnipeg Mini Storage. 

 

546 YATES STREET - Victoria, BC - 25,000 SQ.FT.
Originally built in the early 1900's the property underwent a renovation in 1974 to add a third floor and change the appearance of the building to the architecture of the day. GMC acquired and redeveloped the property into a modern office and retail building within Victoria's Historic Old Town.

As Development Manager for an investment firm, GMC secured the approvals for a mixed-use project with 106 residential units and 12,000 SQ.FT. of retail space in Victoria's Historic Old Town. 

 

QUADRA VILLA APARTMENTS - Victoria, BC - 55,000 SQ.FT.
After decades of deferred maintenance by the original owners, as Development Manager for an investment firm, GMC undertook the complete renovation of the well known Quadra Villa Apartment blocks which feature 32 two-bedroom and 32 three-bedroom walk up rental apartments in the Quadra Village neighbourhood of Victoria.  Previously a blight on the neighbourhood the redevelopment has significantly improved the area and the quality of housing provided.

A four-rink ice skating and restaurant complex located in Greater Vancouver now known as Planet Ice.
