Lorne Milne, CEO
A graduate of the University of Manitoba and York University, Lorne began his career as a corporate and real estate lawyer in Winnipeg in 1976, eventually moving to Vancouver, BC with his wife and 4 children in 1989. After running a successful law practice for 23 years, Lorne left the world of corporate law to co-found GMC Projects in 1999.
Jordan Milne, President
Raised and educated in Vancouver BC, Jordan began his career as a project manager for GMC Projects in 2007. Shortly thereafter Jordan shifted his focus to the development and investment side of GMC’s business while undertaking Urban Land Economics at the University of British Columbia. Jordan was named President of GMC Projects in 2011 and leads GMC's development team through thoughtful design, innovative thinking, meticulous attention to detail and an unrivalled dedication to the project vision.
Tonny Kiptoo, VP of Development
As a graduate of Royal Roads University with over 10 years experience in the hospitality and project management industries, Tonny brings a hands-on approach to GMC and works directly with construction and consultant teams. Tonny has worked with organizations such as Soho House in London, England where he enhanced his project management and team building abilities. Tonny enjoys utilizing his diverse skill set to provide technical knowledge in construction and project coordination.
