About
Family owned, and operated.
A group of companies based in Victoria, B.C., with projects spanning new construction, heritage revitalization and rehabilitation across Western Canada and Washington State.
Approach
We view development as a platform to connect with communities.
Our goal is to strengthen communities, and their respective spirit, by creating and enhancing built environments that are innovative, inspired and filled with character.
We incorporate shared amenities and common spaces to emphasise social connection, and we give new life to existing buildings wherever we can.
