Since 1999

GMC Projects has been developing unique real estate projects in western Canada since 1999.

Founded in 1999, GMC has become known for creating high quality, award winning communities; lead by an incredible team with properties and developments in Greater Victoria, Vancouver, Seattle and Winnipeg.

Put simply, we want you to love where you live, and we work hard to make it so. It all starts with identifying the right opportunity and then moves to collaborating with amazing designers, architects, engineers and community members.

We create projects that are clever, creative and aim to both create and serve the community. We use our approach to create homes that are both beautiful and liveable. We work with people who are passionate and genuine about what we do.

It’s not rocket science — though we did have a project called Dominion Rocket ; ) — it’s just caring enough about what we’re doing to do it right.

We view what we do as a platform to inspire others to be their best selves; to empower individuality and self-expression. We are humbled to be able to do what we love and aspire to create environments that allow others to do so too.

Discover. Develop. Love. Live. Repeat.

Content required

The years between 1999 and now. This page says what GMC believes and where it builds, but not what happened — the first project, why heritage restoration became the specialism, what the company learned from Dominion Rocket. Twenty-five years of decisions is the piece nobody outside GMC can write, and it is the difference between a statement of values and a story.
