A “Welcome Home” mural beside a family in their living room

Customer Care

Already living in a GMC home?

Maintenance, move-outs and homeowner warranty — routed to the team who can actually action it.

Who are you?

Two different journeys.

A tenant reporting a leak and a homeowner making a warranty claim need different teams, different timelines and different records. They are kept separate on purpose.

Tenants

Report a maintenance issue with photos, or give notice and book your move-out inspection.

Go to tenant requests

Goes to the live tenant flow. Requests become tickets against your unit, and you are emailed at each stage. Not a mock-up.

Homeowners

Warranty and service requests, plus appliance manuals and home resources.

Not built. Becomes real as Edwin Oaks and Coast complete — worth scoping now even if it is built later.

Tenant resources

Guides, forms and FAQs.

Welcome guides, move-out checklists and FAQs exist today behind a shared per-building password on the current site. Resources like these can simply be public; anything personal belongs behind the tenant flow, which already knows who is asking. A shared password that never expires is not a login.
