The first nine storeys on a 25-foot Chinatown lot.
This project was the first 9 storey interior 25′ lot developed in Vancouver’s historic Chinatown. GMC acquired the property and then secured approvals for a unique collection of 40 residential rental homes and 750 SQ.FT. of retail space before selling the asset.
