The project
A 1900s building, brought back into Old Town.
Originally built in the early 1900’s the property underwent a renovation in 1974 to add a third floor and change the appearance of the building to the architecture of the day. GMC acquired and redeveloped the property into a modern office and retail building within Victoria’s Historic Old Town.
