900 Carlton Terrace

Currently a split level two-storey commercial building located along the bustling Esquimalt Road Corridor, GMC has re-envisioned this property alongside 900 Esquimalt Road. The goal is to create a new diverse mixed-use commercial and residential community that will help address our current housing shortage while simultaneously bringing new life to an area in need of reinvigoration. An application to the Township of Esquimalt was submitted in June of 2023, and we received approval of our development variance permit from Esquimalt Council in April of 2024.
