The project
Vancouver’s first City Hall, in Gastown.
A designated Class A heritage building and Federal Parks Canada Building of National Significance having been the site of the first City Hall of Vancouver. Located in the dynamic and historic Gastown neighbourhood, GMC acquired and redeveloped the property it into a boutique heritage office building with a unique curation of office, retail and hospitality tenants.
