In June of 2023, GMC Projects submitted a development application to the Township of Esquimalt for this property. Our vision for this high profile location is to create a new and diverse built environment that includes commercial, rental and for sale housing and enhances the public realm through community amenities and improved public infrastructure. We received approval of our development variance permit from Esquimalt Council in April of 2024.
