The heritage restoration of the historic Dominion Hotel offers an urban living experience that provides all you need and everything you want. In partnership, GMC acquired and converted what was originally the Dominion Hotel, into 97 boutique studio, 1 & 2 bedroom rental apartments. The conversion offered unique opportunities to create generous common spaces for the residents including a communal kitchen, dinning room, lounge and atrium as with 13,000 feet of retail including a liquor store, restaurants and cabaret space in the vibrant Downtown core of historic Victoria.
